Low Tide at Salina Cruz

2022

Tide draws inspiration from the large rounded stones found along the coastlines of Barra de la Cruz, Mexico, and Llandudno Beach, Cape Town. Carved from a single block of Indian rosewood, the object echoes forms shaped by years of erosion while preserving the natural warmth, grain and character of the wood.
